MUSEUM RELEASE : A benchmark Coonawarra Cabernet and sensory delight, the deep, dense crimson colour reveals a nose of blackberry, dark cherry and mocha with hints of violet. The rich and generous palate has a core of minerality and finely grained tannins that provide great structure, resulting in a smooth, lush wine with a perfectly balanced and lengthy finish that is classic Coonawarra. Very approachable now or cellar carefully for further bottle age development. Would pair perfectly with a grilled pork tenderloin with wild rice pilaf or a roasted leg of lamb with grilled Japanese eggplant.
